I wanted to drop you a message to thank you so much for such a fantastic service. I was really uncomfortable having to leave my 3 kittens Ebony, Voodoo and Minx behind without their mum. You sat with me for over an hour consoling me for the loss of my beloved Bella and other things. I was worried no-one would look after them the way I wanted. I found your website and thought it sounded like a wonderful service so promptly booked up.

On the phone call we shared to confirm the booking you were very professional and let me know that my kittens would be well cared for and happy in your home. This really set me at ease as i was caught up in the fact I had to leave my Bella and force the kittens away at 6 weeks old. It didn't cross my mind that you were looking forward to having them and very capable of looking after them!

Rosie is fantastic and the location so brilliant that i was worried they wouldn't want to leave when i went to collect them! While i was away i had regular contact with Rosie and was made to feel very welcome to contact her at any time.

When i popped in all 3 of them were in their element it almost felt mean to take them away as they were that settled with Rosie. I could see instantly that my girls had been very well looked after and cared for,

so i will definitely be using New Forest Pet Services again should the need arise

with any future pet. At the end of their stay i decided

to leave them with Rosie to be sold. I couldn’t face taking them home without Bella.

Rosie has been excellent in every way especially when i asked if i could leave them with her.

She consoled me and said that she will do what she can to make my current situation easier.

Thanks so much for having Charlie, looks like he had a brilliant time and didn't miss me at all! Even though he needed a bit of extra TLC I had a worry free weekend (well almost!) knowing he was in good hands. So thanks again :)

I just feel so fortunate to have found you. Rosie runs an amazingly efficient, incredibly friendly and innovative service for people like me who need help with their pets. Nothing is too much trouble for her and I know that I can count on her judgement and skills to do the best for Pinstripe. Furthermore, her attention to detail and ability with animals is second to none. I have just come back from holiday to find that my mum (Pinstripe's owner) died in hospital. If it wasn’t for Rosie's care and dedication to animals id have been everso stuck. In short, I cannot recommend her highly enough and I wish her every well-deserved success for the future. I got the christmas card, thanks very much :) The biscuit was a bit squished but Charlie enjoyed the crumbs and says thanks.

Thanks so much for having Charlie again, I hope he didn't cause too much mischief! As least the backs of your legs were spared a bashing from the collar this time. He barely even noticed when I left which is a great sign that he likes it at yours as he's normally a bit clingy. Leaving him with you I know he's getting a holiday too as I'm certain he's well cared for and he loves the forest. Thanks again and have a great christmas and new year!

Leza Parker - Wiskie

This is a fantastic service and although I was nervous about leaving my dog Wiskie (it was the first time since I got her), Rosie is lovely and was very reassuring, I received text updates while I was away as to how Wiskie settled in for her holiday. I arrived back to find Wiskie very happy and loving being around two young males who were also visiting for holidays. For fantastic peace of mind and Wiskie now loves (Auntie Rosie) I will be booking Wiskie in now whenever I go away.

Zoe Ferguson - Sadie

I cannot recommend Rosie's services enough!  Sadie, my dog, loved it there and I don't think she really wanted to come home with us. Not only will she exercise, feed and administer any medication your pet requires but she will also give the plenty of love too.

Just wanted to say a big Thank you for looking after Fletcher so well, having only every used a pet sitter once before we were a little concerned as to how Fletch would settle.
