We provide a boarding service for dogs within the warmth of our family home. If you are looking for someone to care for your dog while you are away on holiday then this service is for you. We like to give them the attention they deserve so we only board up to three dogs at a time.
Before any booking is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable time for us to meet, this will also give us the opportunity to answer and questions may have. Prior to your dog's stay with us, further visits can be arranged to help your dog get used to their new surroundings if required.
Once you are happy you will then be required to complete some paperwork detailing everything we need to know about your dog. To secure your booking a 25% non-returnable deposit is required. This will be deducted from your final payment. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
All we ask is that all vaccinations MUST be up to date and a certificate presented as proof before boarding commences. All dogs must be microchipped and paperwork presented as proof. Dogs must also be treated for worms and fleas at least two weeks prior to boarding.
Your dog must be friendly towards other pets and humans. We own 3 large dogs and several small furry animals so it's important that your dog does not bother them. Owners are also required to supply all the equipment, bowls, medication, food and bedding etc.
Sorry but we do not board any bitches in season.
We are fully licensed with The New Forest District Coucil which ensures that the environment that your pets stay in meets all relevent standards. We are also insured by Pet Business Insurance. All documents can be viewed.
DOG BOARDING PRICES
Prices are per dog, per day, which includes the day of arrival and the day of departure. The fee is payable per day (not per night) and fees are charged from day of arrival. Therefore if you book your dog in for a Saturday to Saturday stay, this counts as an eight day booking, as both Saturdays are inclusive. Our prices reflect the high standards of care that we strive to achieve and includes the following:

Consultation meeting and registration

Settling in session (1 hour, if desired)

Your dog will be treated like one of our own

Your dog will not be left alone for longer than three hours but in most cases there is always someone here

Exercised daily in our extensive gardens or the beautiful New Forest, sometimes we also visit the beach

Basic grooming - Full grooms can be booked

Administering medication as instructed by the owner
