NFPR offers rescue for small caged animals that will be cared for as a member of our family, permenantly or until the best home can be found. Many of our resident animals are rescues that have stayed with us.
Over the years working with animals we have taken in much loved pets from owners that simply couldn't cope or their circumstances had changed. We have had pets simply dumped and abandoned here. We have also been involved in large scale rescues and neglected pet rescues too. No matter the reason for the rescue we are here to help.
All pets we take in will receive the highest level of care, from excellent housing and amazing nutrition to enrichment as well as medical care.
This service is suitable for all small pets, from Rabbits, Guinea Pigs & Ferrets, Gerbils, Rats & Mice, Degus & Chinchillas. As well as all exotics from Royal Pythons to Bearded Dragons. We have custom built outdoor runs for Rabbits and Guinea Pigs to enjoy in the warmer weather as well as custom enclosures. We can also care of fish and birds too! If you do not see your pet here please contact me as I may still be able to accommodate them.
