Whether you're working, recovering from an illness, finding it difficult to get out and about, or simply need an extra pair of hands, we're here to help keep your dog active, happy and entertained.

We've been walking dogs across the New Forest and Waterside since 2008, and one thing we've learnt is that no two dogs enjoy quite the same walk.

​

Some love a good adventure, splashing through puddles and exploring every interesting smell along the way. Others prefer a slower wander, taking their time to sniff, potter about and enjoy being outside.

Whatever your dog enjoys, we'll make sure their walks are something they can look forward to.

More Than Just a Walk

​

Getting out for exercise is important, but there's much more to a good walk than covering a certain distance.

We give dogs time to enjoy their surroundings, investigate interesting smells, play when appropriate and generally do the things dogs love doing.

​

Depending on your dog, their walk might include:

• Exercise suited to their age and fitness.

• Plenty of opportunities to sniff and explore.

• Games, play and other activities they enjoy.

• Company and interaction, where appropriate.

• Calm, positive experiences around people, dogs and everyday surroundings.

• Fresh water and time to settle before we leave them at home.

We're not interested in rushing dogs around a route just to get the miles in. We'd much rather they enjoy their time outside and come home happy.

Group Walks & Solo Walks

​

Some dogs absolutely love having canine company. Others would much rather have a walk to themselves, and that's perfectly fine.

Group Walks

​

Where suitable, we can arrange walks with other dogs who are a good match in terms of temperament, energy levels and confidence.

We take care when introducing dogs and won't simply put unfamiliar dogs together and hope for the best.

Dogs joining group walks need to be comfortable around other dogs and people, and we'll always consider whether a group environment is genuinely enjoyable for them.

Solo Walks

​

Solo walks are ideal for dogs who prefer their own company, are nervous or reactive, need a little more attention, or simply enjoy having us all to themselves.

They're also a good option for older dogs who need a gentler pace or dogs who might find busy environments overwhelming.

Solo walks are on-lead unless we've specifically agreed otherwise and there's a suitable, secure environment available.

There's no right or wrong choice between group and solo walks. What matters is finding the option that suits your dog.

 

Puppies, Older Dogs & Specialist Walks

​

Not every dog is ready for a long walk, and some need a little more thought and patience.

Puppies are still learning about the world, older dogs might not be as mobile as they once were, and nervous or reactive dogs can find everyday situations quite challenging.

Our specialist walks give us the flexibility to take things at their pace.

​

For puppies, this might mean short outings, exploring new environments, practising simple training exercises or getting used to everyday sights and sounds.

​

For older dogs, it could be a gentle stroll with plenty of sniffing, rest breaks and no pressure to keep moving.

For nervous or reactive dogs, we focus on helping them feel more comfortable, avoiding unnecessary pressure and working within what they can cope with.

​

With qualifications and experience in canine behaviour and training, we're able to recognise when a dog needs a little extra support and adjust our approach accordingly.

The aim isn't to see how far we can walk. It's to make the time we spend with your dog enjoyable and worthwhile.

Walk Durations & Prices

​

Whether your dog needs a quick leg stretch, a regular daily walk or a longer adventure, we have several options available.

45 minutes £18

60 minutes £22

90 minutes £30

2-hour adventure £40

Puppy / Specialist Walk – 30 minutes £25

Additional Charges

• Additional dog from the same household: £8 per dog

• Weekend bookings: £3 extra

• Bank holiday bookings: £5 extra

Additional dog charges apply when dogs from the same household are walked together.

Our Walking Times

​

We currently offer two main walking periods:

Morning Walks: 9:00am – 11:00am

Afternoon Walks: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Exact collection and return times depend on your location, the length of the walk and our bookings that day.

If you need something outside these times, please get in touch. We'll always see what we can accommodate.

 

Getting Started

​

Before we begin walking your dog, we'd like to meet you both.

This gives us a chance to get to know your dog, find out what they enjoy, learn about their usual routine and discuss anything we should be aware of. We'll talk about their behaviour around other dogs and people, recall, health, any worries you might have and what you're hoping to get from their walks.

​

It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and make sure you're comfortable with us looking after them.

All dogs must be microchipped, and we'll ask for the necessary details and paperwork before starting.

Once we've got to know your dog, we can agree on the most suitable walking arrangements. And if things change as they grow older or their confidence develops, we can always adjust their walks.
